The striped bass is the top of the food chain in Arizona waters.  These voracious feeders gather in large schools in search of bait, and have been seen in Lake Pleasant in schools as large as a mile wide.  Due to their saltwater genes, striped bass are constantly on the move, sometimes traveling as much as 20 miles in a single day.  Since they are constantly moving in search of new feeding grounds, fishing for stripers is as much of a hunt as it is fishing, but when the right school is found it can be an all out slugfest of catching fish as fast as you can get your line wet!

Our Hooked-Up Striper Charters target Striped Bass where they school up in deep water, mainly over off shore humps, reefs and creek channels.  We use light line and drop bait down into the schools.  When we know we’re in an area full of fish we’ll often “chum” the fish into activity and get our anglers hooking up.  When we get the right school fired up anglers can catch fish as fast as they can drop their bait down in the water.  Stripers are great eating fish and are perfect for anglers wanting to bring home some dinner!

Our Hooked-Up Striper Charters take place at Lake Pleasant onboard our 24 foot center console Ranger Bay Boats.  These boats are roomy for groups up to 8 people, and are powered by 250 horsepower Mercury ProXS outboards.  All of our anglers are provided G.Loomis rods and Shimano reels for use onboard, as well as bottled waters, sodas and all the bait, equipment and gear needed for the day.

Full day:  $750

Shared Charters (Half Day – 4 hours):

In-Season (Oct 1 – June 15) = $150 per person
Off-Season (June 16 – Sept 30) = $150 per person
